Your WellReady Coordinator will be present the day of the event to be the point of contact for all the resources that arrive and to assist the resources with any needs they may have. In addition your WellReady Coordinator will be able to answer any of your questions the day of you event!

We make it simple for you: 

1. Fill out the WellReady Organization Questionnaire so that you may:

• Choose the type of wellness fair or workshop: action, informational or combination

• Choose the resources that you would like attend your event from are growing lists of WellReady Resources

• Provide your window or tentative date and time of your Wellness event

• Provide Organization and Contact Person Information

2. Once we receive your WellReady Organization Questionnaire, we will review it, contact you with any questions or responses and send out your WellReady Quote for your event.

3. Once payment is received all of your vendors will be confirmed for your chosen event time and day.

4. The list of Resources that will be present at your event will be forwarded to you for your internal promotion.*

5. All Resources and Vendors will arrive at your decided venue the day and time of your event as well as your WellReady Coordinator to ensure the highest quality for your event.

6. Following your event an online survey will be sent to you (contact person) and optionally a survey can be available for your participants as well so that we may make you next WellReady experience even greater!

We have established great relationships with our Resource providers which allow us to have expedited contact and delivery of information to them and from them!

In addition, once we have your information on file all you will need for your next event is your client number and criteria for your next event!

We will query them for you and deliver your data in a record along with recommendations to decrease health risks and improve the numbers among your organization.
